Suzanne Lingua | Principal and Founder
Sue began her career in employment services with Lyn-Jay International after graduating college in 1989. She began as an account manager, where she was responsible for establishing new business as well as recruiting and placement of talent. She moved through progressively responsible positions of branch management in Massachusetts and Connecticut at Lyn-Jay before co-founding Hire Logic in 1993. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Business from Eastern Connecticut State University. She has also attended the Coaches Training Institute in Boston, MA and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.

Lauren Ransom | Senior Relationship Manager
Lauren is a graduate of Bryant University with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. Before joining Hire Logic in 2013, she was a repeat intern with Valassis Communications throughout her college career. Her experience there in Client Marketing, Retail Brand Network Development, and Human Resources prepared her for many roles at Hire Logic. She works as a recruiter and account manager for all levels of placement, while also managing marketing activities. This includes the website, social media pages, and other marketing materials and content.

Bob LaPointe | Account Manager and Sales
Throughout his career, Bob has worked within technical sales for industrial equipment. After retiring from the sales world, he began working at Hire Logic to help with recruiting efforts. He did not completely leave his sales experience behind, however, as he frequently visits potential customers to assist in gaining new business. Bob works with recruiting candidates, account management, lead development, and prospecting.
