Q. Is there a fee for your services?

A. No. Job seekers are not charged. The companies that use our services pay our fees.


Q. What is the process in finding me a job?

A. Our opportunities are based on client company needs. We cannot guarantee that we will locate you a position but will contact you with all possibilities. We will enter your resume into our database, which gives all Hire Logic Account Managers immediate access to your information. They will then match your experience with any of the current openings. If your skills and interests are compatible, you will be called for further information or an interview. Otherwise, your resume will remain active in our database and accessible for all future openings that become available. To view our current openings, please browse our current jobs.


Q. I am interested in applying but do not want my present employer to know. Is my information kept confidential?

A. All job seeker information is confidential. We will not contact any employers or references without your consent.


Q. Will Hire Logic contact me before sending my resume to a potential employer?

A. Yes. Our policy is to obtain permission from you prior to submitting your resume to a client company. It is very important that you return your Account Managers calls and emails quickly in order to ensure immediate consideration.


Q. I am a recent graduate. Can you help me?

A. Yes! We occasionally get requests for entry level positions. We will keep your resume in our database and when an entry-level position becomes available, you will be considered. Keep us informed as your career develops and we will update your resume accordingly.


Q. How much will I be paid?

A. Pay rates vary for each position. Temporary employees are paid based on hours worked each week and the hourly rate agreed upon at the start of the assignment. As the employer, Hire Logic withholds the necessary FICA, federal and state taxes. Checks may be picked up, direct deposited or mailed to you on a weekly basis.


Q. If I accept a temporary position, am I locked into a contract?

A. No. All of our assignments are considered to be employment-at-will. This policy states that the employee or employer may terminate employment at any time, for any reason consistent with applicable state or federal laws.


Q. How long does a temporary assignment last?

A. Hire Logics positions vary in duration. However, temporary assignments generally last anywhere between 1-12 months. You will be informed of the anticipated length of the assignment during the interview process.


Q. How long does a temporary to hire assignment last?

A. Depending on the company you are assigned to, you are typically eligible for hire after 3-6 months. Your Account Manager can discuss the eligibility arrangement with you.


Q. Who will supervise my work?

A. An employer representative at the site will be your supervisor. You should direct questions regarding your daily work to this assigned person. However, you are considered to be a Hire Logic employee. All employer-related questions regarding pay, benefits, jury duty, time off, etc. should be directed to your Account Manager.


Q. Do I have to register with your agency?

A. There is no formal registration process at Hire Logic. Emailing us your resume at mail@hire-logic.com immediately qualifies you for open positions. You may always contact us if you have any specific questions.
