Principal Engineer Analytics
JOB SUMMARY:
"The Principal Engineer Analytics" is responsible for performing all duties of a static structures engineer. Plus, is responsible for the day-to-day functioning and quality of the Company's structural analysis group of 6-10 engineers. This includes, but is not limited to:
Serve as technical and managerial lead for the Analytics group.
Day to day supervision, task assignment and mentoring of direct reports.
Regular interface with customers to generate new business and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct performance reviews and develop training plans for group |
