Congratulations! We look forward to having you as a new member of the Hire Logic® team.  Our objective is to familiarize all new employees with our policies.  Hire Logic encourages you to come into the office and fill out all the necessary paperwork, review the job requirements and learn safety protocol.  However, we recognize it may be difficult for those traveling long distances to come into the office before beginning an assignment.  All necessary forms and documentation are available online to facilitate the pre-employment process.  If you have further questions after reviewing this material, please do not hesitate to contact us.  

Please review the following information as it applies to you during your temporary assignment. 

Getting Started 

Complete the following steps before your first scheduled day of work: 

Employment Paperwork:

  • Completed Hire Logic® Application, including the background check release form
  • I-9 Identification form with a copy of two forms of identification attached, such as a state photo ID, driver's license, social security card, or passport.  Employment is subject to the submission of documentary proof of identity and legal eligibility.   

Pre-Employment / Post-offer Drug Screening and Background Check: 

If required, Hire Logic will contact you to schedule an appointment for drug screening at a local facility. 

Employment-at-will Policy 

Hire Logic® LLC follows an "employment-at-will" policy.  This policy states that the employee or employer may terminate employment at any time, for any reason consistent with applicable state or federal laws. Hire Logic's employment application is not a binding service contract.  Hire Logic® will thoroughly investigate personal references and work history to verify all data given on the application, related paperwork and in interviews. Any falsification or willful omission is sufficient cause for dismissal or denial of employment.

Payroll & Direct Deposit

As an employee of Hire Logic® LLC, you will receive a paycheck from our company each Thursday. The pay period begins Sunday and end Saturday, regardless of the client company's workweek. Please 
complete your 
time card and have your supervisor or Human Resource Representative authorize it at the end of each pay
period.   


Please note: To ensure timely receipt of your paycheck, your hours must be called or faxed in to our office NO LATER THAN 10:00 am on Monday following the previous workweek.  Paychecks are available in our office on Thursday.  Office hours are between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.  Please call our office no later 12:00 pm on Wednesday if you would like to pick up your check.  Otherwise all paychecks will be either mailed to your home or delivered to your company.  Your Account Manager will provide more information on how you will get your paycheck.   

All employees at Hire Logic with a checking or savings account are eligible for direct deposit.  Direct deposit forms are available in our office or in the employment forms section of our website.  You will need to submit either a voided check or written documentation of your bank's name, branch address, transit routing number and account number.  Please contact us for more information on this service.  

Holiday Pay

Employees who have completed a minimum of 520 hours are eligible for paid holidays.  You must be considered a full time employee (average 40 hours per week) of Hire Logic to qualify for holiday pay.  You must work the scheduled the day before and scheduled day after the holiday when applicable. 

Hire Logic® recognizes the following as paid holidays: 

      New Year's Day       Memorial Day
      4th of July       Labor Day
      Thanksgiving Day       Christmas Day

Health Insurance

Hire Logic® LLC does not provide employees with Health Insurance.  You may obtain temporary health insurance through an individual plan.  State Farm Insurance is an independent company that provides temporary heath insurance coverage at a minimal cost per month.  Contact:
