Q. What types of job placements do you offer?
A. We offer three kinds of placements:
Temporary Employment- We place a Hire Logic employee with your company to work on a temporary or project basis.
Temporary-to-Hire- We place a Hire Logic employee with your company to work on temporary basis. You have the option to hire the temporary employee as a direct hire employee with your company with no additional fees in accordance with our standard conversion plan. We will also work with you to customize a temporary-to-hire conversion plan mutually beneficial to your company and ours. Please call a Hire Logic associate for further details.
Direct Hire- We help you fill a full time position by recruiting compatible candidates.
Q. How do you find the people you place?
A. Hire Logic is highly specialized in various fields and has extensive contacts and connections with people in these industries. We participate in industry events, national and local professional associations, as well as traditional job fairs and staffing and recruiting events.
Potential candidates who contact us are sourced by our recruiting staff and added to our large resume database. By knowing the qualifications and requirements of our job seekers, we are able to recommend compatible employees to meet your needs.
Q. Will you visit our facility?
A. We encourage our staff to visit because they gain a better understanding for the training, experience, and character that will benefit your company.
Q. How do you assess candidates before you place them?
A. Our team is constantly recruiting and pre-screening individuals by conducting interviews and reference checks before placement.
Q. Who does the contract employee report to?
A. Though paid by Hire Logic, the individual reports only to you, or to whomever you designate while on the assignment. We encourage communication with your Hire Logic Account Manager to monitor progress of the temporary employee.
Q. How is the employee paid?
A. Hire Logic employees are paid on a weekly basis for services rendered the previous week. We pay overtime for more than 40 hours in accordance with the federal law. We withhold all applicable Federal and State payroll and FICA taxes through our payroll system.
Q. How are we billed?
A. After payroll processing is complete, invoices for the previous week (for which the contract employee has already been paid) are sent to you for payment.
